Transformational retreat facilitation

Psychotherapeutic facilitation on retreat

Alongside my private one to one practice, over the last 15 years I have lead and facilitated a range of transformational group spaces.

I currently provide psychotherapeutic facilitation for transformational retreats that involve altered states of consciousness - including work with Beckley Retreats, a world-renowned organisation offering psilocybin-supported experiences in countries where such approaches are legal, such as the Netherlands and Jamaica.

My role on retreat is to offer therapeutic presence, holding and emotional grounding before, during and after these experiences.

This may include:

  • pre retreat 1:1 sessions for emotional support and preparation

  • therapeutic facilitation and holding during the retreat process

  • body-based practices to support regulation and integration throughout

  • post-retreat integration sessions to process and make sense of what has emerged

I bring a calm, safe trauma-informed approach to this work, grounded in many years of group work and body psychotherapy training and experience. My focus is on helping each person feel supported, resourced and able to integrate what they’ve encountered - emotionally, psychologically and somatically.

It starts with a
relaxed chat.
