Holding space for you

As a member of the Centre for Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy I offer specific support to other psychotherapists, counsellors and therapists. This allows you to deepen your relationship with yourself and your own practice and the impact this may have on your body, mind and wellbeing.

As a therapist or counsellor, you're used to holding space for others - tracking emotions, listening deeply, and managing complexity. But that doesn’t mean you don’t need support yourself.

Biodynamic Body psychotherapy offers a calm, attuned space where you can be held. It allows you to come back to your own body, to explore what may be unspoken, and to notice where emotional load may be landing physically.

This approach can be especially helpful if you:

  • feel emotionally or energetically depleted

  • are navigating burnout, over-responsibility or blurred boundaries

  • want to reconnect with your own embodied presence

  • are seeking a different kind of support — one that includes the body and doesn’t rely on words alone

  • Are in training and looking for a therapist

You may already have done years of therapy. This work doesn’t replace that - it builds on it, offering a new somatic route in. A space where you don’t need to explain everything, or stay in ‘therapist mode’. Just a chance to arrive as you are.

Let’s explore
how it feels
to work together.
