Somatic therapy
for everyone
A range of support for our diverse population
While I often work with therapists, holistic practitioners and creative founders and leaders, my practice is open to anyone who’s curious about working in a somatic way.
You may be going through a period of change or uncertainty, feeling out of sync with yourself, or noticing patterns you’re ready to explore. You might simply feel drawn to a more embodied form of therapy - one that goes beyond talking, and includes the body’s wisdom and signals.
Body psychotherapy offers a calm, respectful space to explore your inner world - physically, emotionally and relationally. There’s no single reason to come to therapy, and no expectation that you know where you want to get to. What matters most is a willingness to be curious, and to engage with what emerges.
This approach may support you if:
you’re feeling depleted, disconnected, stuck or unsettled
you want to understand yourself more fully — not just through thoughts
you suffer with ongoing health issues and low immunity
you sense your body may be holding tension, stress or unprocessed experience
you’ve tried other forms of therapy and want something different
you’re looking for a more grounded, honest relationship with yourself
Somatic therapy can be deeply rewarding - but like any form of psychotherapy, it isn’t always easy. It asks for your presence, honesty and engagement. Taking responsibility for your improving your life can be a significant challenge, especially when old patterns or pain arise. But this is also where real change becomes possible.
You won’t be doing that alone. I’m here to support you with care and consistency, offering tools, resources, reflection and space to help you move forward - in a way that feels real and sustainable for you.
