I’m an integrative body psychotherapist. My practice provides a safe and confidential space where we can work through difficult concerns and feelings, helping you to enjoy your life to the fullest. I'm a calm and approachable person and a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the Centre for Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy.

Body psychotherapy

What we feel in our bodies is connected to what we think, feel and believe in our minds. With this in mind, body psychotherapy can help you find relief from issues affecting both your physical and mental wellbeing. For example, anxiety, problematic moods, behaviours and patterns, panic and PTSD, as well as low energy, pain, IBS and migraine.

Online therapy

One in four of us will experience mental health problems in our lives. Depression, stress, anxiety, phobias, bereavement and addiction can all take a toll. But you don’t have to suffer alone. As an integrative body psychotherapist and an NLP practitioner, I offer affordable online therapy which you can access in the privacy of your own home.
